As soon as I came out of C7, Elohim opened the gate to heaven for me. Well, although suspicious, I took a look and well, it was, in fact, a scam. They were wiping robots' memory and putting them back to start.
So, I reloaded a checkpoint and now we go into the tower. Each floor has one puzzle - but instead of a sigil, it has a computer terminal to hack into the tower and unlock next floor.
There's a very cool bonus star outside the tower - it was epic to have found it!
