If you are a lover of the Sims franchise, this game might just tickle your fancy.

The Tenants was developed by Ancient Forge and Published by Frozen District. It was released on 25 March 2021 and has seen quite a bit of success since it's release.

No longer in Early Access, the full release is available for purchase from the Steam Store at a very affordable price (it's well worth it):

The game doesn't require too much in terms of resources and can be run on many i3 systems. An i5 or better is recommended though.

I will be playing this on the i7 to see if there are any bugs or lagging issues.
