The Term 'Problematic' is Problematic in itself
23Calling someone problematic others them and makes them a target of prejudice and censure. Calling something problematic discards the intent (mens rea) and punishes them based on your subjective interpretation. It's an attempt to use technical language and peoples' aversion to prejudice to make your personal taste enforcable.
