THE THIRD TRIAL | Let's Plat Hogwarts Legacy - Part 11 (Hufflepuff/All Collectibles Playthrough)
It feels like we are not far from completing the game as we prepare for the end of the story. Now we are setup to complete the last Trial. Depending on time we could finish the story the next time we stream the game. Next up however is the Tokyo Game Show 2023 coverage for the next streams.
Trophy/Achievement Timestamps
47:11 - The Hallowed Hero Trophy/Achievement - This is story-related and unmissable. You will unlock this trophy/achievement after you have wielded a Deathly Hallow.
5:58:10 - Flight The Good Flight Trophy/Achievement - One of the many things you will be able to do outside of Hogwarts is compete in broom races. In order to unlock these however you need to do a couple of things. First you need to purchase a broom. This requires you to complete the "Flying Class" quest as part of the story. After this you will be informed that you can head to Spintwitches Sporting Goods in Hogsmeade to purchase a broom. The cheapest brooms all cost 600 Galleons. Some brooms also become available to buy at some of the wandering vendors in the open areas however they are very expensive and at this point in time you probably don't have enough Galleons to purchase them anyway. Regardless of the broom you choose they are all the same when you fly it apart from the appearance. Once you have bought your broom you unlock a side quest called "Flight Test" which also unlocks the first of 3 broom races. This one is located at the Hogwarts Quidditch Pitch and when you reach this you can begin the broom race where you are required to beat Imelda's time in order to finish it. For the race you just need to ensure that you fly through the larger rings whilst trying to hit the smaller yellow ones. These will always be in a sequence of 4 leading into the next bigger ring and will provide you with a boost. You will also be able to boost using the L2 button which will recharge to full every time you go through one of the small yellow rings so I suggest keeping this button held down so that you are always getting the boost. If you miss a ring 3 seconds will be added to your time at the end. There are 3 races in total you need to complete which also makes for 3 side quests to complete beforehand. After completing the first race you have to make some progress through the story until you gain access to the "Sweeping The Competition" side quest after completing the "Percival Rackham's Trial" quest as part of the story. At this point during the side quest you are required to purchase broom upgrades before you gain access to the "Sweeping The Competition" side quest. These increase the broom's acceleration and speed making the races easier to complete. The first broom upgrade costs 1,000 Galleons and after you have purchased this the location for the "Sweeping The Competition" side quest and the second broom race will be in Irondale. After completing the second race you once again need to make some progress in the story until you gain access to "The Sky Is The Limit" side quest which will unlock after you have completed the "It's All Gobbledegook" quest as part of the story. Much like the previous side quest you need to purchase another broom upgrade this time it costs 4,000 Galleons and after you have purchased this the location for "The Sky Is The Limit" side quest and the third and final race is in the Clagmar Coast. When you have beat Imelda's time in all broom races you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
