Anji Autumnlight asks you to slay Milau, a giant thundering serpent that resembles Alani as well as the Ruby Thundering Cloud Serpent mount. He is located inside Guo-Lai Halls. You will need to cross a maze of tiles on the floor and some mobs to get to him. Once you reach him you have to fight him on an upper and lower platform. During the fight he will also put lightning circles on the ground you must avoid.
