This might be the most ammo starved map in the game--even Hell Beneath gives you a rocket launcher early enough to matter. As long as you know how to get the shotgun and ammo, you can do a reasonable UV-Max run (which I wasn't even really going for), you just have to be very careful about wasting your shots. The trickiest part is the tight hallway full of Pinkies--you just want to pop them already, but if you do you'll be screwed against the imp mob blocking the exit, so you'll have to use pistol shots and punches to get through them. Overall not too hard, but a bit tedious.
