5This is my 100% walkthrough in The Ultimate Doom which includes fast monsters and all secrets. If you don't what the Ultra-Violence difficulty does, I will explain. The Ultra-Violence difficulty a.k.a hard mode which is the hardest difficult in the game. Which is the same difficulty as Nightmare difficulty. This difficulty allows all levels have fast monsters that includes fast Pinkies and Spectre. They were actually a bit annoying to killed. Also, bosses will spawn a lot of enemies which is kind of distraction, but hey, it take practice for this difficulty.
