510If you're looking for the best Yosemite winter hike, this may just be it. Yosemite Falls to North Dome is typical packed with hikers during the warm summer months, but in the winter, this Yosemite Falls trail (especially after Yosemite Falls Point) is almost completely empty. But you'll have to earn your views if you go after a fresh snow - 16 miles and 6,000FT of climbing along the trail to North Dome in the snow was no joke, but so worth it for the insane views of Half Dome! Overall, 10/10 highly recommend Yosemite Falls to North Dome in the snow, just make sure to bring a GPS, gaiters, poles, and lots of snacks!
