Transcript:
My name is Andrea Gamba. I'm an IT Engineer and I work for University of Bergamo, it's near
Milan in the north of Italy.
The university is about 25,000 students and about 600 employees.
The university is spread on 20 buildings all over the city and we manage in a centralized way, all
of the networks.
My main focus is on privacy and data protection, so I'm part of a team that will work to apply
GDPR compliance.
We use mainly in our security gateway the application filtering, the URL filtering, anti-virus and
anti-bot blade.
The main tool that we use is usually the log feature of the firewall and we try to collect them and
periodically evaluate and focus on a particular aspect of the logging.
Without Check Point, we couldn't do our job with two people.
With Check Point, we save about four, six hours per week of logging inspection and policy
tuning.
Check Point helps us to secure our network.
