The Void (2008): A hidden PC Gem (Full playthrough Part 10)
Content warning: there is BODY HORROR in this one.
Well conrads this may be the last episode of this series as we are running into significant glitches as the game progresses. I will do my best to keep this working as we are relatively close to the end.
This is part 10. Go to part one for all the intro stuff.
• The VOID (Turgor)
This is a play-through of the Void, or depending on your export market Tension, or Тургор. A post-soviet russian game from 2008. This is a weird one, but possibly it is one of the most mechanically and visually innovative First Person Shooters of its era.
Leaning heavily on environmental storytelling, you start out the game dead. Or well, sort of. Follow along as I navigate the depressing world of the void. Gathering color so that I might birth a new era! Will we come back to life? Or will we give one of the underworld hotties all the color they need to resurrect??
Also yeah, the Polish distributor was techland. Same company that did the much less innovative game Chrome: Specforce.
