The Walkabout - Godzilla: Save the Earth (PS2)
Also known as the Walkaround Mission, the Walkabout is simply "exploring the world, destroying stuff", as described by Simon Strange. This mission in particular does not have any extra goals, and the original stage files for it are missing. They have been substituted with New York's. It's unlikely that this mission was actually going to be part of Adventure mode given how there's really nothing to do but walk around. This was likely either a test mission or was its own standalone free roam mode. There is one other mission script left in the files called the "Artist Mission", but its purpose was purely to test art assets since it takes place on a stage called "testbed" (which doesn't exist anymore). Since it will be functionally identical to the walkabout mission, it's not really worth looking at.
Simon Strange said that exploration was boring because only monsters were any threat to you. Well, as you can see, he meant it quite literally. Once Godzilla's health is too low, he stops taking damage and is invincible to everything.
