0When Los Primitivos attacked Solaz del Mar, there was no prelude or justification. After removing the ship's provisions, the gang rode out silently, having only seen them once in the premiere, when they were scouting the scene of Julian's boat crash. They returned and immediately launched a concerted attack on Solaz with the local lighthouse community.
A small group of these new villains were repelled by Daryl, Carol, and their seafaring allies, but the main battle took place at Solaz, where Los Primitivos ran straight into gunfire before breaking through the main gate. From this point on, they killed a significant number of the locals, even firing and sending walkers in the direction of the town from a distance, suggesting a planned approach.
Fede asked the restrained man who had detained one of the attackers why Los Primitivos wanted to burn it all down and said they served no one, but it seems like more is happening. The enemies arrived soon after El Alcázar left Solaz, which seems like too much of a coincidence, and they knew exactly where to attack.
