This is a hidden phantom block thing that could be a glitch in minecraft pe 1.5.3 and it was found by one of my korean viewers. the glitch block could be a glitch (probably) or could be a hidden feature that i didnt know of. i believe this hidden glitch block was added in this aquatic minecraft pe update. the minecraft pe 1.5.3's hidden glitch phantom block is not even a minecraft block!! in fact, it is actually... a semi-transparent go through block in minecraft. can you believe this? and it also makes this weird minecraft noise that i've never heard of. yes, this IS hidden because this wasn't mentioned in the changelog of minecraft pe 1.5.3 or previous updates. you could also call this glitched block, a ghost block because phantom is basically a ghost
