This video is showing the Kayran boss fight in The witcher 2.

It's a pretty straightforward fight with a few quicktime events, but I think the Kayran can 1 or 2 shot kill you so you have to be careful.

Use Yrden to hold its arms in place and destroy them. After three arms are down, you do a QTE, then you need to go to the left of the boss up the ramp to kill him.
