This is Part 42 of the series. In this part, Geralt continues to search deep inside the mine within the Devil's Pit, working on the quest, "In the Eternal Fire's Shadow."
Geralt finds more horrors the deeper he goes, and has to slay a wave of plagued undead. Geralt later opens a vault to a cavern full of salt deposits to find Reinald, and has to face the Red Miasmal.
Once defeated, Geralt has a long dialogue with Reinald and the deacon who hired the witcher. Following this, we head over to the areas around Oxenfurt to explore some more.
