The start:
Kassya was camping near Helgen because she felt a calling to that location. She discovered more than she expected.
Follow Kassya through her rise as a witch and demon hunter, her dealings with the Daedra, her capers with Yennefer, Illia, Yuriana and the special adventurers and riekling slayers she encounters along the way, through some places familiar and some realms unseen.

About the modded game:
This is my mod list dedicated to the hunting of witches, vampires and demons of all sorts.
It is mostly centered on all of Vicn's incredible DLC mods Vigilant, Unslaad and Glenmoril, but besides having two great content mods, Yuriana the Buxom Wench and Honeypopcorn Skyrim Overhaul, I was fortunate to be able to get the epic and now difficult to find Qaxe's Questorium, so there are many surprises set up. To top things off, there's another DLC-sized mod, DarkenD, for a late game.
There's no fast travel in this game, we're using Sunhelm along with Campfire and Eremite Camping.
There's alot more going on, including some of my own mods like Tasha and Trevayan's adventure, Kyne's Blight, Nyu the Hunted and a few others, and I have tried my utmost to make this game as stable as possible for an extended playthrough.
