Pokémon Unbound is a Pokémon ROM hack; made by someone called Skeli. There are new functions, such as difficulty selection and changing how your character looks. It set set in a new Region called Borrius, a region that was troubled with war until the King of Kalos released the power of Hoopa as an ultimate weapon.
