Husband‑and‑wife team Konstantin, MD (foreign‑trained physician‑turned‑baker & certified massage therapist) and Anna (foreign‑trained registered nurse, recipe developer & fermentation wizard) grew a tiny cottage‑food side hustle into a brick‑and‑mortar dream.
• Signature items: slow‑rise sourdough bread, vegan cinnamon rolls & other pastries, avocado toasts, sandwiches, pizza, and healthy green salads.
