This week on TheFIX, host Seán Duggan covers the recent 2015.6/6.6 update to Lightroom and takes you through the new Guided Upright feature for correcting perspective distortion (this feature is only available in Lightroom CC). In a multi-image exploration of Guided Upright, Seán explores how it works on different photos, including situations where it doesn't do much better than the regular Auto, Vertical, or Full options we've had up to now. He also shows one image where the previous Upright options were total failures, but where Guided Upright now saves the day. And, in the spirit of tinkering and pushing things to the edge, he also takes it for a test drive around the intentional distortions track to see what kind of cool distortions he can discover. Guided Upright is also available in the latest version of Camera Raw, too, and we'll take a look at that in next week's episode.
