May 9th 2019 The National Law Review Did an Article on Loot Boxes because Sen. Josh Hawley was Combating Loot Boxes in Video Games where he intended on introducing a new legislation that would regulate the use of loot boxes and “pay-to-win” microtransactions in video games. It was Very Clear that the USA KNEW What Loot Boxes were in Early 2019.
Are you Telling me in a Span of Less than a Month the General Definition of Loot Boxes Changed...
The RNG In MK11 SHOULD have Been Removed From May 2019.
In 2020 The National Law Review did another Article on Loot Boxes where the General Definition was more Specific:
"Loot boxes are virtual items that may be redeemed to receive a randomized selection of additional virtual items. In some instances, they are free. In others, loot boxes can be a lucrative monetization mechanic.
These random sets of virtual items can range from aesthetic items, which make something in the game look good (e.g., a visual customization for a player’s avatar or weapons), to functional items that improve in-game performance (e.g., weapons, power-ups, powers, etc.).
Loot boxes can be “accessed” in a variety of ways, such as by earning access via game play or purchasing a “key” using virtual currency or real money to unlock the loot box."
Aesthetic Items in MK11 are: Skins, Gear, Fatalities, Brutalities, Intros, Victories, Icons, Variation Icons, Backgrounds, Forge Items for Gear.
Functional Items in MK11 are: Augments, Konsumables, Tower Konsumables, Forge Items For Konsumables.
In 2020 NRS Should Have Removed ALL RNG from MK11 and made Kontent Unlockable Offline. Yet there were ZERO Consequences.
In July 2021 NRS Abandoned MK11, Leaving Loops, Glitches, Kontent like Art, Skins, Gear and even Scorpion's Klassic Victory Missing from MK11 Forever. Again with ZERO Consequences. The MK11 Servers Will be Turned Off One Day in the Future where Players Have NO IDEA How they Will Unlock Kontent.
Mortal Kombat 1's Game Play Will be Revealed in a Week. Now is the Time For Players to Think About WHAT They Want in Single Player.
