Remember during September 2016 or before Smash 4 WiiU/3DS EVER released, Smash Bros fans have been speculating on what might the Smash Bros Roster might look like? Well, Petey Piranha, a villain seen in Super Mario Sunshine , and in Mario Power Tennis, has some UNUSED animations on Smash Bros for Wii-U's disc, and some questions have risen! Was Petey Piranha playable in Smash 4's EARLIEST development stages? Or A Stage Boss for one of the Mario stages that was SCRAPPED during development? We will never know.... since Nintendo knows all about Smash 4 's development history from beginning to end...
