1this is the constant stuff i find when i leave my apartment the people ustairs from me have been told repeatedly not to leave there stuff in the hall way sense its a shared area. this is not a thing to do when you share a area with people its called common curtisey i know it seems petty but this is what these people are resorting to because there facing eviction i have not been in contact with them for months now. and they keep envovling me in there bs. forshame this is not how you operate around people.
