I made this short video to show this massive heatsink made by Thermalright and called the Peerless Assassin 120 SE that I bought from Amazon for $35.90, this shows it will work in a mATX case, the board is the MSI B550m Mortar and there is a Ryzen 5 5600x under that cooler, the video card is the all new Radeon RX 6700 10Gb made by Sapphire and it's the Pulse model that cost me $369 at the time with 3 free games.

Edit, I made some changes to setup, you only need to remove the gpu (long art paint brush) and front cpu fan, I changed the memory out to 4 x 8Gb setup @ 3600Mhz 16-19-19-39-83-1 1.4v Muskin brand.

Also added a Western Digital WD Blue SN570 1TB M.2 to the top slot with board supplied heat sink, a lot of room to work and cooler was never removed.

Edit, I have Curve Optimizer with + 100 auto overclocking running and CPU - Z = https://valid.x86.fr/020edq
