97BremSter solves "Quattroquadri Circles" by EPH.
This Quattroquadri uses the Arrows, Counting Circles and XV constraints.

đź“‹ Puzzle Rules:
• Standard Quattroquadri rules apply: Each 3x3 box must contain all the digits from 1 to 9. Digits cannot repeat in a row or column.
• Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the value in the attached bulb.
• Counting Circles: A digit in a blue circle says how many times that digit appears in blue circles throughout the grid.
• XV: Digits separated by a V sum to 5. Digits separated by an X sum to 10. ALL Xs and Vs are given.
