2Nathan developed Genophobia through extreme dysmorphia, while also developing a fear of general intimacy(being close to someone/being in a relationship/forming emotional bonds/e.t.c).
He isn't really aware of it himself yet, and whenever M25 mentions it, Nathan ultimately denies it in every way possible.
