This is a playthrough of Thief: Deadly Shadows on its hardest difficulty, Expert, with some adjustments made through Sneaky Tweaker to make the game game harder and more realistic.

The adjustments made are as follows:
-No loading tips: Enabled
-Background mode for readables and maps: Unpaused
-Difficulty factor: 1.7
-No third-person death: Enabled
-Hide the lockpicking HUD: Enabled
-Ambient brightness factor: 0.4
-No display of loot percentage: Enabled (can still be viewed in the menu anyway)

I've also set myself some rules and restrictions to further increase difficulty:
-Use exclusively first-person, i.e. don't cheat with third-person to look around corners.
-No buying items from fences - world pickups only. This includes no climbing gloves.
-Don't wall-flatten. I do this even when playing normally. It's way too OP.
-Don't kill and/or don't knockout.
