According to a Hollywood Insider site The Tracking Board Thief movie is in development by producers Adrian Askarieh and Roy Lee. Two studios, Prime Universe and Vertigo, are working together on the project.

Adrian Askarieh also produced the 2007 Hitman movie with Prime Universe, while both of them are connected to the Deus Ex: Human Revolution movie that still remains in development. Vertigo previously worked on The Lego Movie.
