-You can't just visit Vice City and not sail a boat.

Hyman Memorial Stadium
-Inaccessible but it has a large outdoor parking lot. It was accessible tho 2 years before. Even hosts concerts.

Test Track
-Just an offroad track for offroad enthusiast.

Jogging/Skating
-People can be seen doing such activities by the beach.

Beach Buggy!
-You can't just go to the beach and ignore the BF Injection.
