This glitch has been around since Destiny 1. It's just a little easier now with the void barricade.
-Set to 30fps for an easier timing.
-Throw Suppression Grenade.
-Pop Barricade as it's exploding.
-Profit.
Third Person effect goes away when popping super or using another barricade.
