The Worship Tablet used to make you go from 110% to 117.5% movement speed when holding your puke, which was really unique and strong. It was, however, recently tweaked in the 5.3.0 patch to only increase your speed to 115%. Not as nice, but as you can see in this video, it still helped a lot in this match. At the time of playing I didn't even realize it had been nerfed!
