I'm making a roguelike, and it needs enemies. Luckily, I have thousands of years of stories and mythologies to pull from, so I shouldn't have to settle on something stupid like a gnome thrower... right?!?!

MythoMania is a roguelike, or a roguelite, depends on how annoying you are. I like roguelike more as it doesn't have any cross run progression but some people insist that it has to be a turn based top down game, which is just weird to me, if you only want games that are incredibly similar to rogue, then look for top down turn based roguelikes or traditional roguelikes or something, the vast majority of people just know roguelikes as games that are like the binding of isaac or whatever. Roguelite should be reserved for games like Hades where there is (lots of) cross run progression as that really changes how you play the game and personally I don't like cross run progression. IDK why I wrote this in the description.
