Is this what we're paying for; people have no respect or responsibility of taking care of themselves and this Complex is becoming "GHETTO" and they're ripping people off; especially their tenants/ residents in their Apartment Complex; which is illegal for any business owner to do and hopefully one day; they clean up their act such as their attitude and laziness with maintenance and leasing agents to get stuff done around here and not saying "NOT OUR PROBLEM"..... Yes it is your problem!!
