For Patch 6.6 we have an arguably bad change. The Elysian Realm shallow sequence has been changed from a Rouge like dungeon run to a wave based speed blitz gamemode.
while the speed of leveling your characters during their XP boost may be faster this way, it certainly doesn't feel better.
As for when the XP boost goes away, you will be substantially slower.
