This is Why Honkai Star Rails Meta is (Probably) Changing Forever and becoming closer to Genshin Impact. Currently, the HSR community believes the only meta way to efficiently clear MoC (Memory of Chaos) is by using Hyper Carry-anything. There are some arguments to be made for Dual-DPS or DoT Comps (Damage over Time), but my theory is that Honkai Star Rail has been slowly changing their meta to evolve into something similar to Genshin Impact over the last few patches. With the release of characters like Ruan Mei, Black Swan, Topaz, & the coming Galaxy Ranger Acheron... You might want to start preparing now before it's too late.
