The NEW Prydwen Tier List v2.0 for Sparkle is QUESTIONABLE. Currently, the Honkai Star Rail community uses Prydwen as a consistent means of understanding where a character's strength and value lies for both F2P & hardcore players. Before Sparkle, the argument was presented as Hyperycarry was losing to Dual-DPS, which was never the actual debate at hand. Now, with the release of an incredibly strong unit such as Sparkle, it's time to revisit the meta and see what's changed.
