I zipped my textures and decals and put them on one drive, until I need the room they are on there for anyone. You have to make the materials and decals from the images, but the jsons are in there to inspect. Or if you know how to migrate all that information into your own jsons.

There is only one custom groundmodel, Mud2. Only difference is its is deeper. Extract the groundmodels.zip into a folder in the levels root groundmodels. I included a jpg of the folders placement. Once that folder is created there should be an option in the material editor ground model for a Mud2. Which when you create a new material, you can tell anything to be Mud2 ground model.
