In this video, I talk about Amazon Prime's The Rings of Power and my opinion on why it fails to be a middle-earth series or production. I also revisit Tolkien's personal life, from his Catholic views, his traditional English morals, and his life as a WW2 soldier.
The Lord of the Rings is an extraordinary trilogy to me, I grew up watching the films and reading the books, and to see the treatment it is getting from Amazon's woke agenda is genuinely upsetting. This Video Essay is separated into 6 chapters, each chapter has 2 parts and I really hope this explains to Tolkien fans and non-Tolkien fans alike why so many people are upset with Amazon's Lord of the Rings.

This video is inspired by the 20th Anniversary of the original Lord of the Rings trilogy and supporting and fighting for Tolkien as he cannot fight for himself. I am a huge fantasy and middle earth fan and wanted to do this video to give my personal opinions on the new Amazon Series.
