This is why the twins need to be "Killswitched..."
Supposedly Behaviour fixed this bug in the mid chapter patch *6.5.0* however that isn't the case. The twins are still bugged when you switched from victor to Charlotte in most cases & still are being reported bugged where Charlottes or Victors camera bugs out & freezes into place.
