Evergreen and Couillard Shores have been struggling with stagnating populations and have not been able to find employees for jobs requiring higher education. Their mayors - Kara Begay and Tim Kequom - have reached out to Superior Governor Sheila Johnson to build support for bringing a University to Nicolet Bay. The Governor is supportive and the legislature decides to fund the projects after a grown-swell of grassroots support.

In this episode, we'll build this new Superior State University campus in a BRAND NEW community - the Town of Nicolet. We'll building this university differently than others I've built - blending it directly into the community. We'll aim to build a compact, walkable community that would be a dream to attend. We'll also build a custom interchange to access the university, and reach level 2. We'll also introduce a great new mod to to the build - Campus Industries Housing Mod. Enjoy!
