Hello everyone and welcome back to Clearwater County! I’ve never quite been happy with the way that Ashland’s downtown – it feels disjointed, lacks detail, and generally feels rushed. All of that is going to change today, as we incorporate the new assets from the Brooklyn and Queens CCP, Hotels and Retreats DLC, and base game update into the build.

We’ll make this place feel more realistic, reasonable, and special by fixing the roads, adding alternative transportation options, improving land values by adding services, enhance the shoreline, add hotels, and focus our zoning on appropriate streets. This is one of the biggest mulligans in a while – Enjoy!
