Often times, we like to think of sections of our cities are being “complete.” But real cities are constantly changing, evolving, and reinventing themselves and I believe that they should in the game, too. In today’s episode, we’ll spend time cleaning up the former Drake Oil site so that we can redevelop it. This will include relocating the remaining factories in the area, and establishing a new zoned industrial district. We’ll then make rail modifications and reconfigure the fishing industry before we redevelop some of the lower density uses and infill in brownfield sites. By the end, I hope you’ll see that it’s worth your time re-developing your cities, too! Enjoy!
