Adds new standalone hairstyles for both male and female to the game.

COMPATIBILITY
-May not be compatible with other mods that add standalone hairstyles or beards. At the moment there are none that I know of that do, so it gives me time to work on a way to implement this without conflicting with other standalone hair/beard mods.
-Should work fine with other mods that replace vanilla hairs/beards, or change textures/colors.
