Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen were such incredibly and formative games for me as a kid. I have such a fond reverence and massive nostalgia for the Sevii Islands region inside of it, there's such a rustic charm present. So many little odd details were included with stuff like the Johto Pokemon, extra team rocket story, and trainer tower. This is such a minor thing with Smeargle and the Painters but it fascinated me as a kid because Smeargle can't be caught in these games. More fascinating that mudkip even! This one's for all the Umbreon and Suicune fans out there.
