Riot shield is still in the game's files and shown in the operator's selector. Maybe in the future they might add a riot shield to black ops 6.

Devs finally listen to riot shield haters. I'm here to farm xps for contracts and looting not hunting players.

I am a riot shield player too just to invade gunfights but I will use any Killstreaks to do the job for me. I'm just too lazy to fight.
