How to setup and use the Oculus mixed reality casting and capture feature on Quest and Quest 2 VR. I did not have a good time with it all and dont recommend using it. great for showing off games with the family perhaps but not for video content creation. hope this helps because there are some small gotchas!

Use LIV and Quest PCVR MRC. This casting method is not good.
