My solve of "On the Bias" by Eclectic Hoosier, a sudoku using a variant of the Sandwich constraint and the Consecutive Pairs constraint.

Puzzle Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of all numbers sandwiched between the outer 1s and/or 9s on the indicated diagonal.
1s and 9s are never counted in the sum.
Digits may repeat along diagonals if allowed by other rules.
- Digits on white dots must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.
