Puzzle Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along a Lockout Line must not be between or equal to the numbers in the diamond ends. Diamond values must differ by 4 or more for any segment.
- The Orange Line passes through the Q-Continuum and connects R1C5 to R8C5 through R9C5.
