This Technique FINALLY Makes the M4 Usable!
814Today we’re looking at reducing recoil on high fire-rate weapons, especially those like the M4, HK and to a lesser extent the MCX, MP7 and P90. The issue with high fire-rate weapons in Tarkov currently is that the initial kick on the first few rounds is really extreme, which can get you killed as the enemy has a more consistent time to kill with weapons like the RD704, Mutant or SCAR-L.
The idea here is to tap once before going full auto, as this reduces the top of the peak of these high RPM weapons - this is because you give the gun a chance to catch up with our PMC’s auto-compensation of the weapon.
If timed right, the initial spray is greatly reduced - although you do reduce TTK a little bit due to not firing for a round or two. For some, the improved recoil control is well worth it though!
