trying out a random Doom wad, some1 uploaded this to moddb.com, a T800 terminator replacing the imp, & dropping a plasma gun. seems to be intentionally simple for compatibility with DoomerBoard forum projects, those wads are I think compatible with vanilla doom? or some older format anyway, hence a lot of dehacked you'll find in those things. Amazing people still use that, I mean yeah GZDoom can use zscript now but that's hella complicated. DECORATE is so easy a baby caveman can do it

we ain't playin' vanilla, we're playing GZDoom, so let's add some cool lighting effects.
