Wartales is a violent world. Sure, there are friendly faces crossing the map, but once we go off the beaten path plenty of things are lurking in the forest to kill us. Whether it is Bandits who really just wanted all of our money, or Boars who don't know that you shouldn't start a fight in a Thunderstorm, things are about to get even livelier as we stretch our legs through the early game.

Wartales has DNA from a lot of other games, including Battle Brothers, Kenshi, and Mount and Blade. It's well worth the price right now and I'm excited to see where this game goes towards release. Intimated as hell, yes. But excited.
